Trinity is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen and grow our digital presence. This is a flexible, part-time hybrid opportunity for someone who combines strong visual instincts with practical digital marketing skills and is proactive about exploring new ideas, platforms, and emerging AI tools.

The right person will enjoy turning ideas into polished campaigns, coordinating with multiple offices, and using performance data to determine what is working and where we can improve.

Responsibilities

  • Gather photos, stories, updates, and other marketing content from Trinity’s offices
  • Build and maintain organized content calendars
  • Create or coordinate attractive graphics and branded marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social advertising
  • Write compelling ad copy, email content, social posts, and campaign messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and return on investment
  • Plan and manage mass email campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance reporting
  • Track marketing metrics and translate results into clear recommendations
  • Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, tools, and campaign ideas
  • Explore responsible ways to use AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and creativity
  • Maintain a consistent Trinity brand and voice across marketing channels
  • Collaborate with leadership and office teams to move projects from idea to execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or education in marketing, communications, advertising, design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content development
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • A good eye for design, branding, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Comfort learning new platforms and using modern marketing and AI tools
  • An analytical mindset and an understanding of marketing performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • The initiative to spot opportunities, suggest ideas, and move projects forward
  • The ability to work independently while communicating reliably with multiple teams

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted marketing tools is especially valuable. We care more about demonstrated ability, good judgment, creativity, and initiative than a specific number of years of experience.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity requiring approximately 15–25 hours per week, including time in the office two to three days per week. Some work may be completed remotely, with flexibility in how the remaining hours are scheduled.

How to Apply

Please submit your résumé, a short introduction, and examples of relevant work. Samples may include graphics, advertisements, email campaigns, social content, writing, campaign reports, or a portfolio.

In your introduction, tell us about a marketing campaign or idea you are proud of and what made it successful.
