Trinity Dental Centers is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced dental environment.
We are looking for someone who can support both clinical operations and patient experience while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and compassion throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures and treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support treatment planning and patient education
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked and organized daily
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and company safety protocols
- Assist with patient flow and maintain a positive environment
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members
- Support front office duties when needed
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required depending on office needs
