Registered Dental Hygienist

Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist who enjoys mentoring, training, and helping teams grow? Trinity Dental Centers is seeking a Training Dental Hygienist to support our hygiene teams across multiple locations while ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

Position Summary

The Training Dental Hygienist will provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new and existing hygienists throughout our organization. This role combines clinical hygiene duties with training and development responsibilities to ensure consistency, compliance, and outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard newly hired Dental Hygienists.
• Provide clinical coaching and support to hygiene teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Assist with implementation of hygiene protocols and best practices.
• Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of hygiene procedures.
• Support regional teams with staffing and training needs.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with doctors, office managers, and leadership to improve patient outcomes.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience training or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental software systems and clinical documentation.
• Ability to travel to multiple clinic locations.
