Responsibilities
- Lead and support dental assistant team members
- Assist doctors during procedures and patient treatment
- Help maintain daily clinic flow and efficiency
- Ensure operatories are fully stocked and compliant
- Train and mentor new team members
- Monitor sterilization and OSHA compliance standards
- Support patient communication and treatment understanding
- Assist management with clinical operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous Dental Assistant experience required
- Leadership or Lead DA experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required depending on office needs
